Lead Route Developer

Anton’s Cleaners is seeking a personable, professional, and self-motivated individual as our Lead Route Developer. Our mission has remained the same for over one hundred years: to provide consistent quality clothing care at a level of service that exceeds your expectations.

The ideal employee will have 3+ years previous sales experience with the willingness and ability to adapt to the growing home delivery segment of our business. This individual will work closely with our home delivery team to educate potential customers on our services and develop new customers in their territory.

Excellent communication skills and professionalism is a must. This full-time position has unlimited growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities Include:

• Grow your territory by sourcing new clients and following up on new leads
• Build relationships with new and existing clients to ensure the highest customer service
• Fill-in for route drivers on an occasional as-needed basis
