Delivery Driver (Natick, MA)

Dry Cleaning Company seeks an experienced route delivery driver and customer service representative in Natick to work 30-40 hrs a week.

Looking for a reliable, conscientious driver to service our customers by picking up and delivering garments to their homes.

This candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple route stops (70-100 times per day).

Route sales experience is a plus.

Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license. A pre-employment drug test is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between the customer and the company. As a route driver, you will handle all customer service with existing and future route customers.
• Drive assigned routes daily, using the most direct route possible between stops, to pick up orders for the plant to process
• Attention to detail and special requests
• Maintain equipment and accurate logs and notify management of any issues
• Training of new drivers regarding company policies, safety, and best practices
• Assist management with other support tasks and fill in as needed

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have no major violations on their driving record within the last five years
• Must be able to bend and lift as well as climb in and out of the cargo van
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple route stops (70-100 times daily).
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts, communicate easily, and come up with solutions to problems
• Ability to complete simple math and communicate by phone and/or email
• Self-starter – Must be able to work with little supervision
