Parking

Parking is the responsibility of each volunteer. We are unable to validate parking or provide parking passes in 2026. We highly encourage carpooling and/or public transportation.

The Hynes Convention Center is easily accessible by public transportation - located on the Green Line - or car.

Media Release

By submitting this form, I hereby give my permission and consent to the use of my photographs or pictures and name or any reproduction thereof by Anton’s Cleaners, Inc. and/or Caring Partners, Inc., or their assigns for such advertising, publicity, or other purposes and in such manner and with such accompanying material and in such media as they or their assigns may determine.

I understand and give my permission to have my picture taken at the Belle of the Ball boutique at The John B. Hynes Veteran Memorial Convention Center (900 Boylston Street - Exhibit Hall B) April 10-11, 2026 I understand and agree that photos of me may be taken by members of the media and published in media outlets. I also understand that pictures taken by Belle of the Ball organizers may be released to newspapers or placed on the Belle of the Ball website.

I also give my permission for television and video crews to film me while I am at the boutique. I understand that footage, which may include my image, may be used in television news stories or future Public Service Announcements for Belle of the Ball.

I hereby release any and all claims which I might otherwise have, against Anton’s Cleaners, Inc. and/or Caring Partners, Inc. and applicable program partners, or their assigns arising out of the use of my said photographs, name, or accompanying material, as herein consented to:
