Approved students will receive an invitation to Boutique Day with a scheduled appointment time, additional details of the event, and information on what to expect.

2026 Guidelines
Referral Deadline: March 20, 2026, or until capacity is reached.
Early Referral Incentive:
Students referred through the website prior to January 30, 2026 will have the opportunity to choose a preferred appointment window (Morning, Midday, or Afternoon). Please note that appointments are based on availability, and we are unable to accommodate time preferences after January 30th.
Program Overview:
Belle of the Ball provides prom dresses to qualifying students in need. At this time, suits are not included in the program.
Eligibility:

Students must be juniors or seniors currently enrolled in a high school or alternative education program.
Referral Details:

You may refer up to 10 students at a time, and you may return to the website to submit additional referrals as needed.

Please complete the referral form in full. All submissions will be carefully reviewed.

Accepted students will receive invitations via email and text message.

Invited students must attend Boutique Day in person to receive a gown.
Transportation:
- Transportation and parking are the responsibility of the invited student, unless the school has made separate arrangements for group transportation.
- Schools planning to provide bus transportation must coordinate directly with Belle of the Ball. Bus appointments are limited and based on availability.
