Volunteer Assignments
Your final volunteer task will be provided at check-in. While we do our best to assign volunteers to their preferred locations, we must also ensure that each event area is adequately staffed. Thank you in advance for your flexibility and understanding if you are not assigned your top preference.
Morning & Full-Day Volunteers
A morning welcome will begin promptly at 8:45 AM in front of the red carpet and will include a brief overview of the day.
Midday & Afternoon Volunteers

Personal Shoppers: Experienced volunteers will be stationed at the entrance of the exhibit hall to provide a quick overview when you arrive for your shift.

All Other Volunteers: Please proceed to your assigned area in the exhibit hall. Your captain—wearing a bright yellow shirt—will provide instructions and get you started.
Personal Belongings
Please keep personal belongings to a minimum. Coats and small items can be left in the Belle of the Ball break room (Room 111). Large bags are not permitted in the exhibit hall.
Lunch (Saturday Only)
Sandwiches and chips will be available from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM in Room 110. We encourage all full-day volunteers to take a lunch break.
Comfort
Please wear comfortable shoes. Boutique Day is a fun-filled, busy day with plenty of walking!
Friday Set Up
For volunteers who also registered for set-up, please join us from 12PM to 3PM to organize dresses by size and color, set up the fitting rooms, and transform the exhibit hall into a magical experience for our students! This is an informal volunteer opportunity; no check-in is required. We will assign tasks as needed.
Transportation and Parking
Parking is the responsibility of each volunteer. We encourage volunteers to take public transportation or carpool whenever possible.
